When we collect information
When you sign up for or use our product, you voluntarily give us certain information. This can include your name, profile photo, the email address or phone number you used to sign up, and any other information you provide us. If you’re using AlqaTech on your mobile device, you can also choose to provide us with location data.
You may also give us permission to access your information in other services. For example, you may link a social account to AlqaTech, which allows us to obtain information from that account. The information we get from those services often depends on your settings or their privacy policies, so be sure to check what those are.
Technical information
Whenever you use a website, mobile application, or other internet service, certain information is created and recorded automatically. The same is true when you use our service.
Log data
When you use AlqaTech, our servers automatically record information (“log data”), including information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website or your mobile app sends when you’re using it. This may include your IP address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, how you used AlqaTech, and cookie data.
Cookie data
Depending on how you access our products, we may use cookies — small text files sent by your computer each time you visit our website — or similar technologies to record log data. We may use session cookies (which last until you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which last until you or your browser delete them). For example, we may use cookies to store your language preferences so you don’t have to set them each visit.
Device information
We may also collect information about the device you’re using, including device type, operating system, device settings, unique device identifiers and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this often depends on the device and its settings.
Location information
Precise GPS location from mobile devices is collected only with your permission. WiFi and IP addresses received from your browser or device may be used to determine approximate location.
Billing information
For customers who purchase a paid version of our services, our corporate affiliates and third-party payment processors may collect and store billing address and payment card information on our behalf, or we may do this ourselves.
Transferring your information
AlqaTech is a worldwide service. By using our products or services, you authorise us to transfer and store your information outside your home country. The privacy protections and the rights of authorities to access personal information in those countries may not be equivalent to those in your home country.
Security
We value the trust you place in us by providing your personal information, and we use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s information
These services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you learn that a minor child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may change this policy from time to time. If we do, we will post any changes on this page. If you continue to use AlqaTech after those changes take effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide more prominent notice or obtain your consent as required by law.
